The sale price of 2 wuxi land will be around the same as that sold in Oct 2009.So contributions toward the P & L is insigficant .Only the shanghai land in Ludian district will create big splash .So The shanhai land when sold will be the catalyst for investor to jump into the bandwagon. | ||

Wussy land is good!.. i mean wuxi land..keke China New Town Development Company Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has handed over two residential plots from Wuxi Hongshan Project to local Land Reserve Centre for public auction on 19 January 2010. The site areas of the land parcels and are approximately 53,769 and 65,911 square meters respectively representing gross floor area of approximately 55,061 and 74,150 square meters respectively. |

total land 129211 sqm x S$ 385 = S$ 49,746,235 profit if the price remain as Oct 2009, but which pro price soring at China, guess will be more!! | ||

the last 2 sales makes record profit especially the Shanghai plot, that why they have excess money to do share buy back, the result should be good and hopes that they pay good dividends too so i can go Shanghai Disney Land when it opens!! | ||

They had a profit in 3rd Quarter.. but since that, no news of further land sales!! So most prob will be the 3rd quarter performance bringing up the entire years figures? any comments? | ||
