just checked.. it's becoz they will be issuing more shares... like mother and child company kind of concept... not sure how it works... whether it's good news or not.. i don't know.... personally, don't think the share prices will be affected much by this announcement... any senior or experienced bro can comment? |

should be good news. lian beng has a couple of good news lately but the price has been stagnat. i hope this time would be different. anyway for those looking long term, this is quite a good bet. |

IR project may loss money if it is not well manage, sand had overblown their budget. Indo sand problem not resolve and the project cannot be delay, this will affect the construction sector somehome. |
