I've yet to re-enter Hankore. Was tempted to re-enter at 0.062 and would have made some profitable ST like cccx but don't feel confident enough as the 20D and 50D MA will pose a challenge while the new support may see it testing its 100D MA.

Not much logic. Simple that if consolidation scares retail investors, killing it will do the opposite and if indeed it springs back, who really care as investing community just like to buy 'cheap'. it may then propel it above the 10c mark and funds manager may start to take notice. However, I would have liked to see its NTA and eps goes higher and hence P/B and PE turn more attractive for a more sustainable rally.

Why do I sense a plot to push through the consolidation exercise during the second round of voting by said share holdings instead of show of hands. We will see in the coming days if 6.4cts is the newly established "floor" or not. But seeing how those options expire in ten years, it doesn't really seem to matter in the short term unless they are subscribed to with immediate effect. Difficult to see how the consolidation will fail when David himself owns almost 20%. If the other SSH throw their support behind his proposal, which is very likely..how can it fail. And if the SSHs refuses to support the exercise, how will the investing community view such rejections? Either way we lose out. Is there a third scenario??

Whatever happened has happened. Can't say bad news but may be worth taking the cue of the SGM as a possible timing for reversal.

I won't be surprised that the share consolidation exercise will 'fail' and then the price will resume its move upwards. Consolidating 10-1 and ended up around $0.65 will bring it 'higher' price than SIIC of $0.139 and near Utd Environment of $0.85. What do you think investors will go for ?

Hankore has just issued out 66m options to David, 184m options to directors, 118m options to key executives. The exercise price is $0.064 each. The diff between recent high of $0.085 and the exercise price of $0.064 means they are now cheaper by about $7.7m or in another words that's how much they would have made if the price goes back up to $0.085 and they exercise and sell then. Some explanation for recent correction despite anticipating good Q1 result. Why the timing of the intent to consolidate the shares when expecting many retails shareholders will reject it ? I suppose they have enough shares collectively to vote in their favour for whatever they want ?

From the interview in Edge Singapore(23sep), David mentioned he's starting a MBA pgm in NUS. I wonder if he is using this RSS as a case study for this pgm. Also, he mentioned "Language is an issue?. So, did he misinterpreted a Share Split to a Reverse Split from his Advisors?...

We can see how the BBs and market predators, screw us the ordinary players left and right with their weapons, such as computer program selling or buying   and also with the one lot trades. Then there is the share shorting allowed by big clients.   Then all the queries at the wrong time for the players. All these are disadvantages to retail investors/players. We know the only way to win is to trade carefully and adjust to the BB's tactics.   I discovered that if you buy from them at their queue , the likelihood is the counter will come down one or two bits immediately, and when you throw to them, the counter would mostly move up one or two bits.   This is known as algorithm, in computer science which is a fast step by step calculation, so that the Chngkay makes the money whichever way you trade.   The computer will seldom throw or grab from you.   Only retail players will. To move the price up, throw to the   buy queue and to move the price down, buy from the sell queue.   If the trades are not taken by retailers, it would move, but if it is taken by the computer, the price will move.   To know the truth, we need more observations and experiment, lol. |

I also can do that lol..but if BB does that it means they're enticing retail to nibble away at the sell queue. Notice how the sell down goes by hundreds of lots at a time while the buy ups is only a few lots at a time? Lol..

Think we got to be realistic. No news can offset the worries that comes with a consolidation. If it does, then also temporary. Lets wait and see when they are consolidating and what is the opening price and the trading range on that day. If I were to buy, will be one week after consolidation.
