steady also when other flies. check below 2 year charts, comparing STI, SPH (t39) and Singtel (Z74) , both are heavy weight on STI index |

Yeh...they just dump stocks during monthly/quaterly closing period to lock in whatever profits on their portfolio so as to maintain/outperform the benchmark in order to get a bigger performance bonuses....but they can't hold on too much cash thus, have to buy back the same shares the following month i guess. This incident I observed last Friday also happens to other counters like SuntecReit, MMPReit, SMRT, Singtel - although on last minute upside, just to name a few. |

AGM usually does not exite investors as the agenda has been revealed earlier. EGM or special meeting might. Is there any share buy back? |

On point to note is that SPH will be having it's AGM on 5 / 12 / 2007. Dunno how that will impact the price. Peopl are talking about a share buy back etc. |
