Shares of Singapore-listed palm oil firms Golden Agri-Resources <GAGR.SI>,Wilmar International <WLIL.SI> and Indofood Agri Resources <IFAR.SI> rose on Thursday as firmer palm oil prices boosted the outlook for their earnings.
The shares have fallen by an average of as much as 14% from earlier this month.
By 11:45 a.m., Golden Agri shares were up 3.5% at $0.735 on volume of 56.2 million shares, 64% of the average full-day traded volume over the last 30 days.
