Some stocks are traded much higher than their NAV because their EPS and yield are attractive. Do you know SGX's NAV is barely 69 cents but it's trading at above $7 because its EPS is above 25 cents with stable dividend payout. The NAV and EPS only tell current story, not the future development. However, there isn't any news about new growth in business, the only thing in public domain is the aggressive buying from a billionaire recently, so it's really up to individual appetite to do own calculation.

A good example of illiquid stock when at the price of around Sgd. 0.05 (time to buy and accumulate as much as you can) now very liquid stock at Sgd. 0.12 (riding to maximum profit and about to sell).

they are smart people who made billions from scratch out of their foresight and vision....they are not stupid people...it is better to take note what they did.....ignore some of the forumers here who made all sort of "funny, twisted" comments...having said that, you need patience and money to grow money out of money....our fair value for this stock is 48 - 52 cents at least (may be more) when the rally for the whole Joseph Cycle finishes...good luck :) | ||||
