Wah, your hatred for people who drink is so deep .Though I am not a drinker, I must say that not all drinkers are nuisance. Relax mann. Insofar, Shplayer's postings are not rubbish to me. He states facts most of the time. Sometime, people do forget what they have said. Better think twice before posting abusive notes. Don't make a fool of yourself.

Perhaps there is another cheongwee in SJ......or perhaps alcohol, or lack of it, has caused severe memory lapse. Your post of 22 Sep 07 is attached below. I rest my case.

I did not make that one, the terminal here are sharing. Please take notice. We got alot of guy here who post rubbish like you play share after drinking so much beer. Drinker are a nuisance. You like to drink as you put in your post if i am not wrong, sorry if i am. I hate drinker, those drunkard causes alot of problem to themselves and their family. Or other road user. My in-law was a drinker got liver cancer and is gone, he tok share like you do. If you not stop, soon you be sorry like him. My advise for you is to stop your stupidity drinking too much alchohol,. And better use the $ for charity.

Strange indeed. You said you sold Az Warr at 17.5c. Looking at the price charts, the last time Az Warr saw that level was around 10 Sep 07. But in your post of 22 Sep 07, you were making a call to buy Az Warr...at that time the price was around 13.5c. So, you were making 'Buy' calls to forumers of SJ after you have divested all your holdings?

ten4one, Precisely my point....no one in their right mind will exercise their warrants at 51c when they can buy the share from the open mkt at 25c (today's price range). |

Frankly I'm not too concerned about the O/S Warrants....most likely they'll expire with no one exercising their rights. It'll only be a premium when the mother share is above the excercise px. Buy back shares to cover option shares don't benefit shareholders as much as they benefit the Option Holders of which majority are in the hands of the Chairman and Directors who are also being paid salaries and bonuses plus fees. Returning excess cash the Company don't need for expansion to Shareholders is more apt! Cheers! |

Currently, there are about 103.8 mill warrants outstanding which expires on 16 Jul 2010. Exercise price is 51c. Last traded price is 5.5c....so it is traded at a premium of 117%. Latest figures shows that there are approx 12.6m shares held in the treasury and 11.2m unexercised option shares. Therefore, the treasury shares will just about cover the unexercised options. Don't think the Co. is too concerned about the dilutive effect of the conversion of warrants......cos at 51c, it will in fact enhance current NAV of 22.4 c.

Not sure whether I am right on this. The TS 16949 would enable them to be more competitive as it would give them an edge over their competitors. I also think the share buybacks should add value for shareholders as when the warrants are exercised, they would not need to add new shares to the current holding (thus diluting the NAV). |

BAD fundamentally : Exports to US down, China's labour squeeze and raw materials' pxs up....worst is to venture into unfamilair new business of supplying building materials. Slowly but steadily killing the cash balance with shares buy back. Looks really bad. Just my views and would accept any rebutals with thanks. Cheers!

From Feb to Mid-March, the price was dropping but the acc/dist is increasing. Now the price only stabilising instead of increasing as acc/dist is still increasing. Sporegal, can you comment on this ? Is it the acc/dist is not so accurate for vol of less than 2000k per day ? Can anyone shed some fundamental analysis on this counter ? Thanks. |

Stupidbear, I can understand your reluctance to buy. The Market condition is getting worse than previously expected. I think 22c should be a good entry point for very short term play - not very much loss to cut if any!!!! Cheers!

Buy backs by Aztech is not holding back the px and will not be so in the future! If it could, then the sh px of Aztech shouldn't be what it is now - it should be holding around 40c 'cos Aztech was buying back at that px too .....down 39c......down 38c ....downnnnn>>>>>>>all the way down and Aztech bought back all the way down and is drowning.....! It is the Market Forces that decide what Aztech is priced!!!!!!! DOWN! Cheers!

Be it good or bad, the price of 0.23 is holding quite well. Be it good $ into bad business, their buy back is what that is holding the price. That's what i meant.

The Coy is not supporting the px, let alone 'really well'. If the Coy is performing well, the share px would have resisted the sell-off long time ago especially with the aggresive buy-backs support. I think the Coy is in fact throwing good money (Shareholders' Funds) into a falling business. More like a desperate attempt to put up a brave front or to prevent a takeover????? Signs were all there - divestment and aggressively buy backs!!!!!!! Cheers!
