You are wrong. Last year's div was 18 cents per share not 27 cents per share. So this year's div is in fact higher.

despite good results this FY (rev+38%, profit +29%), div is worse than last FY. Bad sign of difficult yr ahead.? 2011: Final div 20c + Special Div Zero (Total div: 20c) 2010: Final div 18c + Special Div 9c (Total div: 27c) |

With Capitaland attempting to cross 2.42 ..... seems likely Kepland may move from the 2.49 ..... time to observe ..... Capitaland seems to form a very strong blockade at 2.39 ..... |
