Whatever it is...it has broken the 28cts which I mentioned previously.. ...during then...many feel it should hold at 30cts....so now we are in the same situation..27cts now n waiting to see 22cts before trading range 24 to 27cts set in

You may say people like me have blind faith and not rational but I do see real value in rowsley. There is a real business generating recurring income and a plot of land in prime location....烂 船 也 有 三 分 釘 .... if project execution dont cock up.......I believe more value can be realised....putting money where my mouth is and staying vested. |

Maybe he really concerned with high property price and therefore introduced these cooling measures. No difference from singapore. Impact on price still unknown. Like singapore's case, property price still holding up quite well despite so many rounds of cooling measures. Tipping point will be interest rate. If rates goes up, then prices will sure correct. But looking at the americans and how they did recently, dont think the fed will stop printing money in the near future, at least unlikely to be before rowsley start selling the units......

The sentiments were pretty good and on uptrend until the PM of Malaysia made a greedy and silly remark on the imposition of a property fee (about 4%) to boost his political career. It may run contrary to his popularity.

If mother share is at 0.265 then warrant shd be at 0.085 (0.265-0.18) roughy but it is not . I view it as support and bought some at 0.095 to average the original issue at 0.18.

You statement is contradictory. Price trend and price reasonableness are 2 different things. I see you as a chartist....not an analyst that comment on share value.

one group is to give advise and warn about inflated or unreasonables prices. this is not guessing but base on technical analysis....a tool that is used to determine price trend. | ||||

There are 2 groups of people here. One group bought the shares and are still holding them. Another group comes in and predict falling prices everyday for whatever reason. The first group need to rally together if not will be affected by the second group. Until now, the fortune tellers did not say how they are involved and where they put their money. Seems like they derive fun from seeing others suffer losses. but then this is an open internet forum......anyone can come and say any thing without bearing any responsibility.......

yes bro... there are words of encouragement going around... but! there is little groupthink in this thread. sentiment has changed... technically too perhaps, but fundamentally, it hasn't changed much - Rowsley is still on track to be a respectable developer. we now own a reputable - and profitable - architect firm, prime johor land that's close to the CIQ and future RTS station, condo development that's waterfront, a medical centre around the corner - i believe they're medisave friendly, a specialist wing, commercial/office/retail development. rowsley shares may not do well by the spec's playbook, but it's a good company to have a piece of. :)

The technical chart has proven it...27cts..n should stablise between 22 to 27cts...the warrant should trend below 10cts as mentioned previoulsy.... | ||||

not everyone has time on their hands. that said, the market should be flushed of weak holders, contra players given the length of weakness, stops by brokers and general absence of liquidity. notice how the threads are that of consolation, hope and mutual pats on the back? |
