That is around 4% margin. With more weightage in higher margin Project Management and Maintenance Contract, Revenue growth in both Indochina and outside SEA and improve in cash position. $ 3million profit for FY2012 is not unthinkable.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If  it achieves a profit of around $3 million,  a fair value based on PE of 8 will be  4.8 cents based on current share base of 500 million and 3.4 cents based on fully diluted share base of 700 million shares (Warrants + Performance Shares + Stock options). As long as the Mgt focus on current strategies, bring in higher Revenue/Gross Mergin Projects/Project Management Sales, keep cost down, manage expenses and currency exposure (especially USD), a profit of $3 to $4  million is achievable.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Warrant conversion may not be a bad thing. Increases market cap (and liquidity if sold) and provide working capital for company. Look at UPP, this month  about 60m warrants expiring but did the price plunged? All depends on what the company is doing with the money and whether the market likes it or not. If Myanmar play or penny play comes back, NT will cheong, that's for sure.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Warrant 12 (should have around 50 to 60 million warrants  left) expiring October 2012 conversion at 1.7 cents and Warrant 13 (should have around 140 to 150 million warrants left)  expiring December 2013 conversion at 2 cents. Expect volatility when it is close to expiry. This is because most of the warrant holders got it for free since day one (W12 and W13 was traded thinly until recent weeks) and  some will choose to convert and sell for profits instead of hold for longer terms. Trade888      ( Date: 01-May-2012 14:36) Posted: There were Arbitrage of 0.2 to 0.5cents  last week and two weeks ago, where the holder of mother shares sells their holding and buy back the warrants and convert them to mother shares with at least 0.2 cents to 0.5 cents of advantage. Hence there are higher trading volume for both warrants and mother shares. If you check the company announcements, you  will be able to  see that some of the major shareholders were doing just that. Since the Warrants 12 is nearing expiry, there will be more conversion as long as the warrants is in the money --- convert at 1.7 cents and sell  higher... Expect more volatility.

For Ntegrator's case, the total shares base will expand to ~ 688 million shares  but will add additional ~ $4 million cash to the company for operation needs, so if the company stays focus and multiply the cash injected thru warrants convesion, then there will be leverage for every dollars added. One is issued by the company who uses this as a sweetener in rights issuing or as a bonus for future capital refurnishing (involuntary raising of funds) of the company's financial needs when the holders convert these warrants into shares by paying to the company for the additional shares.  The money collected goes to the  share premium or treasury accounts of the company.  This  will depend on market conditions pertaining to the exercise (strike) price versus market traded price of the underlying shares that will encourage or discourage conversion (exercise) of the warrants. Mostly given free or at a small price if no rights shares are involved.  These warrants can be converted to shares if you choose to do so even at a loss. (But nobody is silly to convert if they can buy from the market.) Another kind of warrants is the third party issued warrants basing on an existing listed company's name whether with or without permisssion to use the name. Of course using somebody's name can bring into question the legalilty of its use and this is quite debatable in nature whether it is legal. Say you use OCBC's name to issue a warrant, whether an objection can be raised or not is anybody's guess, despite okayed by the exchange authorities. These unique warrants are termed structured warrants burrowing the " structured" name from Lehman's structured deposits. They are used as a promise to give the holder cash if at expiry date the prediction of the issuer that the price of the underlying named's shares are higher or lower  than earlier fixed as strike price. So they have the call and the puts warrants.  They warrants cannot be exchanged for shares at all so the name of these warrants can mislead if you are not careful.  It normally expired worthless or exchanged for some token cash.  But if you buy from the market, you can sell to the market before expiry date.
