What is the difference buying mother share with merket price? At the moment, EzraR 0.585. 1.18+0.585 = 1.765. Market price is 1.77.

I think Rights can only be paid in cashier order and thru ATM.

Please refer to your Trading Rep for advise.

If u are existing shareholder, you will be entilted the right, if u are not u can buy the "right" from open market and subscribe to the mother share at $1.18 per share.

Alternatively, u can sell your 'right' before the expiry date...

Actually your cost is $1.18(to convert to share) plus the 0.62 , so actual cost per share is 1.80
