Highly risky as I feel a recound is coming after people has had time to digest the results properly. If you study the report carefully, you will see that although their lower profit was due to lower turnover for last FY, their margin % has held steady despite this. Normally % would have dropped more because of fixed OPEX but holding stead means that they have been more efficient with costs controls. Also,  they have orders on hand worth of 180 million, most to be completed this year. This is more than 3.5 times that of turnover done this year.  This together with their very much lowered gearing and completion of infrastructure projects for their piping factory should spell good news for the future. Loans have fallen from 4.5 mil to just 124 k and trade and other payables dropped about half. This, taken together with the price of oil crossing US$104 gives me good feel for this company.
