Someone come here and post news on 24 Sept and try to corrected us this  was not a dual list but reverse take over plan(but actually, it is to reverse take over the subsidiary in Ausgroup and list in  ASX and  keep the remaining  subsidiary to be listed in SGX continually,  Ausgroup SGX share will be diluted by granted the new share listed in ASX to existing Ausgroup shareholders,  so, it is another type of  dual list plan which is used to raise  extra capital for expansion)  and warn that this is negative new. Someone even funny to support them. I want to emphasize here that the market digest this new on 24 Sept and give a strong positive view and made the Ausgroup price up from 41cents till 49.5cents with more than 20% in a gain. Now price still stay above 51.5cents since a lot of people to support it. I am not sitting a board but I am just sitting front line to catch later news to make right decision.
