x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	So long exceed 50 percent in accordance with SGX listing rules, it is mandatory for the acquirer to extend the offer to the rest of the shareholders.... Short term wont fall below $1.22..... Rule of thumb is to mark up 10%.... So it shall trade between $1.34 to $1.40..... I doubt the Italians want to privatize the whole company.... Definitely wont fall below $1.22 otherwise the Italians would come after the Nowergians.... I may dispose it once I make some kopi money and switch using CPF to buy for long term..... Of course I am not a God...Just personal feel

What happen to  shares we  own after  sales after the completion of the sales transaction in the 1st quarter of 2013? Will we be forced to accept the ridiculous  conditional offer of S$1.22 per share? Do we contionue to own the shares after the sales transaction is completed? Will the stock price recover in the  near future? Heartache?
