Many small timers can only manoeuvre 10.28 and below, esp those bought this burger 10.80-10.84 during yesterday show time. They need to sell at 10.31 to break even if they got it at 10.80. This morning  got some panic sell, players got cheap stuff. But some small timer also fished some loh. If Fed makes DJ tonite plunges, then 2morow gonna be players day leow.AK view.

Says ENSCO spending more than $2 billion to build new rigs. "The continued strength in the E&P cycle and shift in orders toward deepwater capabilities will differentiate yards with sophisticated rig building technical expertise from less advanced yards. We recognize downside risks to Keppel (BN4.SG) forecasts, but it should benefit from industry strength in the long-term. SembMarine (S51.SG) is equally well positioned to benefit, in our view."
