Goh says casino stocks tend to rally just before the opening of their key properties. They could climb further if those properties attract large crowds. For instance, shares in Las Vegas Sands gained 27% in the three months before the opening of the Venetian Macao, and a further 45% in the two months that followed, according to her report. Wynn Resorts climbed 11% before the opening of the Wynn Macau and rose another 25% three months after that. By comparison, shares in Genting Singapore have climbed 13% in the past three months. |

I think when the share up to 1.30, it may enter into BBs core profit zone, should take cautious and monitor closely after that. | ||||

I second your judgement. Just wondering who's gonna risk buying at the higher price as everyone is aware of the rising price till opening day. Unless, of course, one sees the potential of the company making profits as early as MBS's 5 year break-even projection. Meanwhile DBS Group Research: Maintain 'buy' and sum-of-parts target price of $1.30 (valuing RWS at $1.06, based on discounted cashflows using 7 per cent weighted average cost of capital and 1.5 per cent long-term growth rate). http://www.businesstimes.com.sg/sub/views/story/0,4574,365705,00.html All the best for RWS-Genting holders. There is always uncertainty and risks in share trading.At least with 60-70cents per share againest the current trading price now.I think it's worth a wait....that's my personal opinion. | ||||

Will there be buyers when the market is flooded with sellers on opening day? If supply is greater than demand on opening day, wouldn't the price fall? Or could it be a scene where fools rush in when angels fear to tread. |

Genting broke the resistance today . Genting broke out of it Bollinger band to close at $1.24 , n this was also touching its upper band of the long box formation , in next few days , if the volume done is large enough to ganerate its momemtum to break this formation , it may go up further to $1.44 . |

best "gambling" trading stock for first half of year 2010....you do not need to pay $100 or go to Genting/Macau/Las Vegus to gamble as the counter is by itself a "gambling stock"....instead of buying BIG OR SMALL, you can buy UP OR DOWN with big supporting volume ....good luck :) NB: Listen to Market as Market is always RIGHT!!! not anyone or even yourself |
