GenSp starts to move up again

Revenue is at 4% of current market cap, and with operation loss. I think long term profitability should be around 30% at best. The earning situations has improved and its UK operations is posting some profit in latest quarter.

With the Sentosa IR opening in early 2010, situation should improve. Singapore has about 10M visitor yearly, if 5M visit and spend an average of $300 per day in 2010, this should bring the rev per cap to 15% and seem reasonable for current $1.3 stock price.

May 2010 earning reports should give more clarity on the future trend. The initial sentosa IR plan is to have $10M visitor with $15B revenue by 2015, current price should be a real bargain for the next 3 years if the trending prove to be in line with the original plan.

That say, my risk profile is not that high and no dividends from this counter for very long time, so will opt for invest with spare cash over the quarters, weight in or out with close monitoring of the IR development.

since genting is a casino play..it means it is always there.. so a good way to play genting is to move in and out.... it will correct and move up again in Feb..

But they build few China Great Wall before. The first one might be difficult and learning curve. Genting is a big brand. They have successful track record for the past 45 years. I don see any problem to go in now for long term, unless u borrow money from loan shark to invest. Or if you are successful investor, you can put yr money on other stock which can give u return faster than Genting. For those uncle and auntie waiting for retired, Genting is their best bet. The chance of successful return in this stock is few million time higher than go to Casino, 4d, Toto, betting football.

Beware BB is playing tis ctr !!! to all vested, make sure u r not the last to hold tis shares. now, all buy on hope and speculation !!! u will only enjoy fruit much later. Casino needs to recover the capital investment first. Anyone knows the ROI ??? remember Great Wall of China do not build in One day...

Frankly speaking, I have sold all my shares in this counter at 1.30 because I felt very uncomfortable to hold when everyone keep buying the shares by ignoring all the actual facts and some devils have changed their tone to suggest buy when they always said "sell". This mean a lot of people get stuck and into the trap. You can't buy a share just expect it will go up because it will go up and who will be the last in this music chair game? Of course, I never disagree that counter is good for long-term investors but I just think the current situation is risky and risky. Locking profit is one way of earning money from share market.

When this counter stopped at 1.05/1.08, no retail traders want to buy but everyday with big transactions but at flat price. Today, the same story happened with the price at 1.28/1.30 but the retail traders become interesting in the stocks??! When most of the stocks been cleared by BBs that bought at 1.05/1.08, the price will go down rapidly. So if you prepare for long term investment and ready to hold the share for some time, then you may try to buy, or else, let's the time to tell you truth!
