But it wont affect the current investors for now. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	If people are so smart, they won't have shorted yesterday.   Every forumer has a right to think what price a counter can go to. Likewise those who longed can say that in yesterday's   trading session those shorting are fools to have done so.   Calling people fools or stupid is trying hard to push some arbitrary belief down a person's throat. Be careful not to abuse others in a forum. Being stupid or smart both can still be winner or loser if market is either or not in their favour. There is nothing to prevent Contel to reach even 30 cents before completion of RTO. It all depends. If Youzoo has big plans, the subsequent Contel could even be traded higher.   But who knows? Happy trading..

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	It might not be consolidate at all. The RTO will have enough buying power to push everything up. Base on RTO news alone, contel can hit 119 already. I believe a lot of people still stuck above 103 and they are not planning to let go without a nice profit. There will be more buying coming and pushing the price higher. Don't forget, previously there was a lot of accumulation at around 60 range. These 2 days, there's bigger buying amount. Not discounting the shorts being executed previously. If BBs were to come in at this point of time, Contel will definitely break 120 and go all the way up. Believe it or not is up to you.   Everyone got their own risk appetite. I'm very positive on the RTO success and the BB coming in to push the price up. To load or not to load, its all up to you. No people is naive or stupid when it comes to investing. Its what story we choose to believe. If it breaks 120 before RTO announcements, Contel will definitely be going to test 20c. Based on the article itself it seems the RTO will be really good for Contel in longer  term, as YuuZoo's expected  revenue is  594M (which is  based on some conservative assumptions. )  in 2015. So if the RTO goes through,  the price  of Contel over 20 cents is still very much justifiable in longer team as Contel will become a  growth stock which justifiable for high PE. x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	pls read this article http://www.sharesinv.com/articles/2009/08/07/better-ipo-rto/ , it has a section which says, under RTO The shell company would acquire a large shareholding in the privately held company by issuing substantial amount of new shares as payment. In return, the shareholders of the privately held company gains majority control of the new company. Under SGX regulations, the minimum price that has to be offered for the new shares is $0.20/share. But not sure if this rule stated in the article is still valid. Any one knows if this ruling is still valid. If RTO goes through, does it means Contel will shoot over 0.20 ? comments
