Actually the results are quite respectable. The company has also maintained its guidance that this year profit will exceed last year's by 30%. I suppose the counter's strong 1st Q performance has generated higher expectation. Hence, the knee jerk reaction this morning on the unloading. At this price, it is still a good buy for the medium term, I mean, over the next 6 months. |

DMX slid after DBSV cut its price target for the computer data networks builder, which reported weaker-than-expected net profit on Thursday. DBSV cut its price target for DMX to $1.08 from $1.32, and lowered its forecast for 2006 earnings by 20%.
"We were overly aggressive in our earlier revenue and gross margin estimates for the group which we think they will have a hard time achieving," analyst Dinesh Chandiramani said in the note. However, DBSV maintained its "buy" rating on the firm, citing the stock's "undemanding valuations" at 9.4 times 2007 forecast earnings. |

Hi hi... OIC.... I am a short term trader and mostly look at what's happening in the last 2 months. I wouldn't go in to this stock now JUST because its been too quiet lately. But that's my personal opinion based on my trading techniques. Long Term traders may have a different outlook on this counter. |

Hi, Singaporegal, the aveage volume for the past year is 4.6 million (based on infor provided by this forum). Quieter lately. Even then, the vol exceeded 1 million on many days over the past few weeks. How? Would you recommend to go in? |

Would like to have some advice from the seniors in the forum whether it is the right time to go in and buy this stock? The chart has a W formation and seems to ne trending upward with reasonably high volume. |
