For Oceanus to go back to 10 cents, it will just need a good report from the company regarding the progress of the business allowing the shareholders to guage the " wisdom" of putting in money to buy the share.

Bought side is more than the sold side. The buy queue for 7.7 cents is more than selling 7.8 cents. I still think Oceanus will move up to 10 cents very soon. Not against any shortists, they can short and I can buy a little at a time since my quota has not been reached, so.. the cheaper the merrier. Huat arh... |

In stock market, one can win and one can lose, although in any counter you play, there is no guarantee. This one I bet on its business, its products and its human resources (knowledge of special business - breeding sea creatures). My investment on this is only 5 percent of portfolio. |

To be a contrarian you need to be different, and unwavered in your decision once you recognized it. Since I originally recognized that the company has lost and would try to make amends, ( prior to knowledge of 19 placees - more assertive) I classify it as a potential bent to " turnaround" company. So I am sticking to my prior plan to invest and take a gamble. Money can be made and can be lost, if cannot afford to lose, then what to say, right. If can afford to lose, bet it lah! | |||

Just be careful brother. Got profit, run first talk later. These pennies heavily manipulated. Fundamentals kosong. DOW & S& P 500 record four year high but pennies not doing anything. Means, BB's got a few cents chow already. Don't get caught.

Sounds like you are heavily invested into this. I wish the best of luck. My real concern is their existing cash position. Seems like they have fully untilised whatever funds they raised and with interest rates possibly going up with the general economic pick-up, you have to worry about them doing another rights issue. This will further dilute your position even further. Also, do pay attention to what is happening in China. There is some slow-down and Oceanus business model is heavily reliant on China.

Animal husbandry measures are being reviewed and better practices implemented. The team is also ensuring better quality feed is made available to the animals. VI. To improve cashflows, the Grp will focus on live sales of juvenile abalones when mkt prices are attractive. VII. For processing plant, Grp will focus initially on basic process products – frozen and canned abalones and on OEM processing services. I am and remain +ve on as much of, on Dr Ng effort to secure investors confident, just like those new and exsiting vested stake holders does... I am also confident that he, " can also personally supervise and train up a new Dr Ng to takeover operation eventually, with many years in farm training background under him. The operation and processing will come in very handy, once proper due processing operation is in place. |

MISCELLANEOUS :: ADDENDUM TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT ON 16 MARCH 2012 The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Oceanus Group Limited (the “Company”) refers to the listing of Taiwan Depository Receipts in December 2009 (the “TDR Issue”). Due to changes in the working capital needs of the Company in respect of the expansion of its abalone breeding capacity, the Board has carefully evaluated all the circumstances and deemed it to be in the interest of the Company and the shareholders to re-allocate the use of the balance proceeds of the TDR Issue, as follows... Instead of expansion of abalone farms (a typographical error), it has plan for expansion of processing operations. teeth53 thot: Which in my personnally opinion is rather better, as their farms has excess capacity. This time round Dr Ng is personnally in charge of this PRC subsidiary. The strategic review currently being conducted by the Company in respect of the re-organisation of mgt and operations of its PRC subsidiaries. Aforesaid directorship and personnel adjustments, the composition of the Board of Directors and the Supervisor of Zhangzhou Oceanus is restructured as follows:

Buyers are not willing to push up the price yet. Wonder whether they are buying for support or for accumulation. The queue is always more buyers, but the price keeps falling. Think selling presently is better. | |||

Fundamentally speaking, this counter is not ideal for those who cannot hold for future profits and those who could not afford small losses versus big gains. The stock market is for speculation as well as for putting in money for future " windfall" gains. The context is " windfall gains" . Can it happen? What are the optimum loss that one can make? All these considerations should be taken into account when you deal with this share. It has met with misfortune, the price had come down, money had been lost. Is there a chance for the company to re-coup? Will there be a turn-around stroy in Oceanus? All tese question must yeild an answer before one really talk of investing or sellin. Good luck to shortiests, and good luck to those who are absolutely clear what is in store! Hahaha. |

Agreed. Day-by-day, minute-by-minute, trend can change. Best to consider fundamentals as well to be safe. This counter looks like going down again. If got profit, best to take now. Even if small loss that can accept..... Just my opinion. And to be be sure, I am extremely negative on this counter.

Pls be aware - Would be players, it players market on how it can be decided in minue by minute, day by day, week and month...(not on one particular stk oni, regardless) Do ur sum and home work - get to know what oneself in playing/speculating or vesting into or plunging into...
