This equate to insider trading and i am sure Mr Chew who is a veteran in the industry will not throw his own $93.5m away easily and increase his stake in the co by 5%?   Moreover, Mr Chew worked in DBS previously in Corp Finance and I am sure he is well versed in Finance and would have weighed in all the financing options he had.   He must be so then bullish abt his co that he is prepared to throw in $93.5m as he knows it will be worth much more later. Timing is the factor that is most relevant as he need to quickly finance the deals he announced on Feb 18 & Feb 28.   So why not quick couple of birds with one stone. So rationally, Ezion has a floor price of 1.895 and a ceiling price of 2.17.   based on fri closing of 1.945..i think...you all decide which end of the spectrum you are leaning towards. But I think we should be like Mr Chew and not throw away good money...although ours will be much smaller....but still good money.

Profit margin is lower with higher revenue. EPS cannot catch the number of share that they issue, PE has been ramped up to above 20 by counting all the newshares which brokers doesn't put into their latest 2 dollars targetted report. Time to short. Wahahaha!!!!! Ezion soon will be next Ezra. down down down. Oil price is dropped to 90, soon will be 80, then 70. Ezion will drop drop drop after counting the hill of new share. Wahahaha!!!!
