Last year 2007, prices peak to more then S$4000/- per sq m, those buy on speculation maybe hit as for today, moving forward, prices is not moving up, chances is, it can move slowly on a downward, my tot said it can move down it property prices this year. Further comment and opinion from other certainly can help to enlighten the uncertain volatile period in proerty stocks counter... |
