ok, most stocks might fall in Oct if based on your hypothetical view that it's a bad month.

 

I'm just airing my views that EX-RIGHTS do not equate to the stock plummeting. It can be misleading, esp for those who are doing RIGHTS for the first time.

 

my 2 cents.

2. Rights is fundamentally a method to raise more funds. The other way is of course to sell more bonds. There's nothing wrong with it as Ezra is expanding.

The market price now is 1.74, so you take 1.74 minus 1.18 =0.56(Ezra R now sell at 0.555),

Maybe u can sell you right before expiry date, and buy the mother share after right issue(more share available for this counter after right issue). it maybe cheaper.

If u are existing shareholder, you will be entilted the right, if u are not u can buy the "right" from open market and subscribe to the mother share at $1.18 per share.

Alternatively, u can sell your 'right' before the expiry date...
