chipchip66: as long as you have paid up for those shares why worry how BB plays? ppl who worry are those contra players and use margin lend to buy shares. for me i neber use those two tactics so at nite i sleep very soundly. i am not over greedy in those immediate gains but take a longer timeframe mindset when i buy stocks. |

It would be silly of those retail who bought at less than 20 cents to lock profit cuz if announcement is correct they will be given FREE PSL shares so need go ATM tikam leh. And those under 20 cents era has passed so most retail had paid up for it already. Unless they use margin lend to pay up so cannot take the interest charges so lock profits? There is a married deal at 0.250 14680 lots between traders ? |

Same for me too. I tink the BB is now trying to move back in front in the 0.255 to block it so can queue to buy at 0.26 and above. Obviously we the patient 0.255 waiters will soon be granted our wishes by them I think. I would think today price of 0.255 is quite good unless BB decide to abandon the game and let the price slide down further. |

When you all got the Market Depth service are you able to see the queue down to order sent from retail investors or big boy? I notice if they see retail investor of 1-2 lots queueing they are willing to sell down to you so as to move their own huge orders in front of the queue in order to hold the price at that level. So usually you will see some frequent sell down to flush out those in the queue in front and then inch back to a higher level again. Below give example. 0.260 retail BB BB BB BB BB So in order for BB to move in front they are willing to sell down to retail at the retail investor price cuz afterall he/she is buying only 1-2 lots..... after selling 0.260 BB BB BB BB BB Then the BB can block at the 0.260 and then queue to sell at 0.265 waiting for other ppl to Buy Up. The strategy to beat such game is must have the vision to queue EARLY and predict the share price movement by the BB. So queue to buy before SGX open for sales is not a good strategy. It just informs the BB you retail intention to get at what price. A better strategy is to observe during the trading hours and then queue your buy orders accordingly. Another new tactics I learnt today.Hmmmm..... |
