With the way Yongnam is going, isn't it BBR too cheap ? Isn't it the gap too big now between BBR and the rest like Yongnam, CSC, Lian Beng, etc. ? |

Construction into the active volumes too ..... Yongnam, BBR, CSC ..... By the way, anyone knows what's brewing at Digiland ? If something positive, then will it have positive influence on the pennies again ? Observe Compact ? |

my first target price for BBR is 30cents. i do expect this to materialise once they announced the sale of the Nassim Hill Project in July or so... | ||

Too many projects chasing too few good contractors? That's definitely another good consideration for accumulating BBR ..... |

Today's Straits Times states the volume of work coming onto the market is more than the industry can handle - too many projects are chasing too few good contractors. Be patient is the key, With so much contracts under its belt, its fair value will definitely upgrade, people are accumulating now and buying on dips. |

last check with BBR's secretary...launching St Martin"s condo in July....sold of BBr at 16.5cts...like United Fibre movement quite slow...lucky to switch to Oculus...and took profit at 43cts today...perhaps if fellow readers switch to Jade for better upside..new biz and maybe new mgt...another oculus in the making..TP 35cts..co may push share up for financing purpose..just my 2cts opinion | ||

Indeed Uzarngci's post is solid ..... Shouldn't BBR deserve analysts' upgrade ..... ? If there should be an upgrade, what could be the fair value ..... ? 20 cents ? 30 cents ? 40 cents ? |
