Bumpkin, there are no price fixed price on share. After the XR it could be back to present .095 or the closing date price.. Just see how strong vester willing to chase.. There are some stock issue 1 to 1 and after a few weeks its back to the same price.

Hi Bumpkin, share price will be around 5-7c after XR i think. If u buy b4 22 June, u will be entiltled foe the Rights shares. That sound attractive!!! 20 lots for $1150 and if the share price is still at $0.10 after XR, then i'll make quite a handsome profit of $850. Correct me if i'm wrong here If i buy the share on monday, do i still entitled for the right? And how do i sell away the right on the open market? |

Hi bumpkin, you will be entitled for the rights if you hold after XR. If you bought 1 lot, you will be entitled to buy yr Rights for 1 lot at 1.5c per share. If you do not wish to buy the rights, you can sell away yr Rights through the open market. If hold till XR 10 lots = $1000 and can buy 10 lots @ $150 You will get 20 lots for $1150. |

Hi chipchip66, Mind explaining how this right issue work? If i've 100 lot @ $0.10, so wat will happen if i buy the addition 100 lots based on the right issue and wat if i don't buy? What will be price be after CR date? What will the price be after XR date? If possible, an example to illustrate will be the best |

Hi winson, i bot 300 lots at 7c when company announced rights issue. I believe 12-14c is a good price to let go and when price weaken around 9-10c, we can buy back again for the rights issue. After the rights, price should be around 5-7c depending on last day of CR date. As absolute price is cheap, there will be room for this stock to move again. |
