In 2005, Soilbuild taken off from SGX Stk Exch for reasons, one of which was its share price, was undervalued. Now value added with a Myanmar play, it bag 2 contracts there. Boss & owner. Mr Lim is plannig a REIT in the pipe line. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	As I know of...Soilbuild, limited to  166 million placement  shr is not enuff for their distribution to even their own securities houses UOB and OCBC, their BBs and small boys,  their institutional funded, their  trade associates and others who contributed to this succesful launching  and there  -  only 2 mil shr  is allocated  for public for subscribe.  Just an after thot.  For this launching, 2mil shr  for public, would be players if want to apply, try apply  for bigger lot make sense, in the hope, if got it, hope few more lot is allocated. In connection with the proposed expansion of our construction business into Myanmar, as at the Latest Practicable Date, we have secured two contracts there to provide professional consultancy and project management services and project management consultancy services for four developments in Myanmar. We intend to further strengthen our presence there.

Financial  ratios (Look for px to  PE ratio, px to NTA value, dividend policy, gross, net profit margins & returns on equity). Secondary ? to me. Market Sentiment...and, Earnings track record - Potential  Myanmar play. Posted  since 4th May, mth  of May. Outlook for IPO market - Bullish... Note - Above is only my personnal opinion. One forum posted openly, even asked me, (I vested abit in placement shr) whether am I stagging on Soilbuild. Answer to it is, STAG, may hold longer, pending on players support (T+3 to T+5), again I would like to bring up to mentioned... IPO fever, do your financial homework 1st to avoid getting burnt.  Prospectus (managing risk & don get caught investing blindly, an understanding the value of investing).  Financial  ratios (Look for px to  PE ratio, px to  NTA value, dividend policy, gross, net profit margins & returns on equity).  Usage of IPO proceeds (proceeds for working capital and expansion or be use to clear debt).        Market Sentiment: (Bullish or none-bullish enviroment on it IPO's listing). Earnings track record (watch for past earning over last 2-3 years, no sudden record performance in sales and profits).      Pricing (a key indicator  on share price performance. PER-lower ratio the better it share value the share price offers).    Strategy: Buy and hold, buy and sell or buy and stag ? (stagging-selling IPO shares on the 1st trading day).

(old news since early April). With strong going on IPO recent success, was wondering will it be mth of May 2013?, as some concern player's is expecting...and also will it be minimum Tee Land be at $0.50 cents on the card. Meanwhile lookward to more immediate offering by Soilbuild (0.25c) and Croesus (0.97c) teeth thot - Just sharing  n dissipating information. Happi IPO-ing.

TEE Land said that it will remain a unit of TEE Int'l, but it expects to issue new TEE Land shares. The issuance of this unspecified number of new shares will result in TEE Int'l's shareholding falling by at least 20% after the proposed listing, TEE Land said. This means,. TEE Int'l needs to seek shareholder approval for the spin-off in an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). TEE Land - Listing is contingent on  raising at least $20mil in gross proceeds from an initial public offering (IPO), and a minimum mkt capitalisation of $150 million as at listing and a minimum issue price of 50 cents. Singapore--Asian Pay Television Trust, owned by Taiwan's biggest pay-TV operator, priced its IPO above the mid point of an indicative price range that will see it raise S$1.4 billion (US$1.1 billion). The trust, which owns Taiwan Broadband Communications Co., sold 1.44 billion shares priced  at $0.97 a unit, according to a prospectus filed with the Monetary Authority of Singapore. At that price, the IPO is projected to offer a yield of 8.51% for 2014. The IPO, Singapore's second biggest so far this year. Asian Pay Television Trust is an investment vehicle of Taiwan Broadband Communications, which is owned by two funds managed by Australia's Macquarie Group Ltd. -- the Macquarie International Infrastructure Fund , or MIIF, and Macquarie Korea Opportunities Fund. Both funds plan to sell their stakes to Asian Pay Television Trust. Asian Pay Television had started taking orders from institutional investors earlier this month and the IPO was nearly three times oversubscribed, one of the people said. Asian Pay Television's IPO comes at a time when Southeast Asian markets and deal activity have taken off this year: The stock market in the Philippines is up 27% while Indonesia and Thailand both have gained 17%. Singapore is up 8.7% so far this year. According to data provider Dealogic, Singapore is ranked number one in Southeast Asia so far in terms of equity capital market deals worth S$4.48 billion. That includes a US$1.3 billion IPO by Mapletree Investments Pte. Ltd., a unit of state-investment firm Temasek Holdings Pte., that did an IPO of a China-focused real-estate investment trust in March. The shares were offered at a price of as much as $1 and sold to investors including Neuberger Berman LLC and Quantum Partners LP, the prospectus shows. Taiwan Broadband, established in 1999, serves more than 750,000 cable TV households with over 150 channels, according to its website. Macquarie Grp  and  JPMorgan Chase & Co. are joint global coordinators for the offering, and DBS Grp Holdings and CIMB Grp Holdings Bhd. also helped manage the IPO. Trading start on May 29, 2013.
