Several allegations were made against the company. The three main criticisms that were upheld were: that products supplied to customers were of inferior quality to those featured on air, that inferences that prices customers pay on Gems.TV are lower than the High Street were unsubstantiated and also that suggestions that some products had 'healing properties' or could combat drunkenness were misleading and unacceptable. I think OSIM and GEMS may drop below 40 cents. Their biz model not attractive. Wonder how can they make profit!! PE >25 with low EPS. Jur Tech rather stable from past minor correction. Some BB is accummulating. Something may happen soon...... |

Just now, I hear someone mentioned --- Jay what sen what 猪. Is that the person come out from the newspaper mentioned that likes to make headline that he pay S$300K or so to eat buffet with some Mr. Buffet and thus learn from some big guru, so this is some how what a lesson to learn from guru !! |

yes I know that mr soh, but this credit suissy as underwriter the IPO appears to me as never even do proper due diligence: slightest hint of competition they backtrack as fast as you can pronounce jamteebee.. IPO 1.08, recommend buy to 1.8, then slight hint of competiion, change forcast to 1.4 etc then within a few days change targets from 1.01 to 0.70 etc etc and then got cheek to simply say, oh lunch meeting so change forcast... etc. this are very highly questionable acts... |

Neber buy a stock PURELY based on those analyst and fund house reports. Do your due investigation also. Do not rely SOLEY on them to provide you what to buy hold or sell. Precisely becuz of there exists ppl who listen to them that they have a rice bowl every month leh :) |

I believe this stock is those $1 above stock? So surprise to see it's share price as of current. Even IndoFood did better. The problem with playing >$1 stock is you get high liquidity yes but you also lose big as $1 to 0 cents is a huge gap. Of cuz in terms of profits you get much more at say a 10-20 cents movement within a single day and on a good day. OSIM Jurong Tech are those former $1 above stock now in miserable share price :P |
