let's wait and see what happens... only insiders know the news and it always comes suddenly.. that's what I learnt from their HK dual listing last time. they don't really update the detailed progress to shareholders, then the news comes out. |

i think one need not worry too much becasue it is a cash accretive biz... they also got mention that thye may also look at other ways to finance the redtn if they dont want to use their internal res... bank loans one way as interest very low now...so i think it is a false worry... anyway good to hear you are vested.Hope we huat soon!!! oh and sorry for accusing you of trying to scare others... sorry .paiseh |

Of course I do believe they have the money to make the bond redemption... just look at the pile of cash in their financial statement. But after making the redemption, their cash pile is almost halved... with this cash, they can still proceed with the delisting. But, the point I'm trying to make is: if they use the cash, they die die have to replenish it if they don't use that cash, they have to find the investors to cover the costs. Otherwise, they have to persuade big & small fishes to buy the shares from Sg & transfer it to HK to lighten the burden. Btw, I'm also vested in this stock.. just giving my opinion here.. not trying to scare anybody. |

Gosh some people still blur blur ...even despite the assurance that CAH has the resources to make any redemptions??... amazing this...maybe trying to make people sell so they can buy??? cmon ... be honest.... in life...i pray hard that the delisting goes through and at a higher price too.IA. | ||||

It seems that they should have enough cash to perform the delisting from Singapore if they want to, even after the bond redemption. (from their financial report) The question is: do they dare to delist using that cash? Tapping into that cash to delist from Sg may have some risks to company operations, in case they suddenly have urgent need to use the cash. To minimize the risk, they are trying to find potential investors.. and they managed to find 2 until now.. although it's still subject to some terms & conditions. Haizz... that Blackstone... dunno what they are trying to pull... After making some money from this company, now they are redeeming the bond, while they fully understand that the company is planning to do delisting from Sg(requiring some cash to do that). Are they trying to make the delisting plan to be a total failure & picking up the shares when the price free-fall? or does the CAH managed to make a deal with Blackstone to pay them back the bond while they use the money to collect the shares at current Sg market price & transferring to HK? |

Other group of big fish is playing around 0.255 > 0.275 Those who can control and hold will win out in the end. Just buy and forget about it, what will come will come. Investing mode, one of the trustable china company. |

Just be sure you are having the shares when it really happens then.... dont get mauled when you find you already sold and then it gets delisted ard 30 cents ...... that was what happened to me with c n o pharm...really sad.

hi..share with u one story...long long ago,a coy called c n o pharm announced going to delist,.. alot of people ( naysayers) said a lot of things against it..say wont happen lah, say price too low lah..say s-chip lah..say tipu lah... all kinds of nonsense....I bought hundreds around 37 cents and my mistake was to read all those frightening comments...and one day, I just could not take it anymore ,wondering wondering if any of it was true..it was killing me...plus so much opportunity cost i thought....so i cut with minimal profits... after that delist come out... price shot up to ard 50 cents... felt like kicking myself...the oc was much greater when i gave up c n o pharm. that was a time I too felt the delisting was fake , just like the hundreds who posted daily to assure me I was right... really sad ... this time I hope to get my shares of china ani healthcare listed on hk ex.... and then let it grow there ...singapore one..very weak. Good Luck to all vested .May we Huat without a headache here.

If the management is really serious about it, they should consider some other ways to reach their goal. IMHO, instead of getting some big fishes to invest @30cents per share, they should just get those big investors to buy at market price in Singapore and offer them for a free transfer to HK. After all the buyouts, the company should prepare enough cash to acquire the remaining shares in Sg and close the listing once and for all. |
