Cheap valuations at around 3.2x FY10F PE. Likely to get a re-rating post approval of Korea Dual listing (Korean textile companies are trading at trailing PE >10x and Gaoxian would be the largest company in terms of rev and profitability). More pronounced growth in FY11 as most capacity expansion would have contributions in FY11.   Risks: Hiccups on its aggressive capacity expansion, albeit unlikely as mgmt is doing the expansion via stages. Derail of dual listing on Korean stock exchange which is unlikely too as mgmt exudes strong confidence that this should be carried out smoothly with a timeline of around 6-9mths. Furthermore, they just got listed on SGX in Sep 2009 so more likely than not, they have passed a lot of stringent tests by SGX. Korea dual listing should be no obstacle to them.
