Real Estate bubble in China is about to Burst ?
China moves to cool housing marketChina's real estate boom has further deepened the divide between the haves and the have-nots as the country's middle class struggles with soaring property prices. Wen Jiabao, China's premier, on Friday pledged measures to curb speculation in the country's housing market and rein in soaring prices, but with real estate accounting for 10 per cent of GDP, making any changes would not be welcomed by investors. The dilemma for Chinese leaders is finding a balance between their need for prices to stabilize, while avoiding a property price crash. Al Jazeera's Melissa Chan reports from Beijing. Next resistance level 2.03, should clear it with no problem provided no surprises with general market. Ignore tomorrow profit taking. Still a long way to go. BB playing at the moment. Directors need to see money after converting. Hold for later profit taking. DOYDD. My boz say only hor, dun follow me har...I always got it not quite wrong. | ||

Breakout above the neckline resistance zone 1.82 to 1.80 confirmed the reverse head and shoulders pattern. Strong buying has powered the rapid flight of price towards the target price zone of 1.95 to 2.00 and expect profit taking at this region. Pullback towards 1.91 to 1.89 support zone expected if buying interest wanes and further weakness may see a retest of 1.87 to 1.85 support zone.
