 I just bought this stock on 28 April 2010.

Am I entitled the bonus and dividend? 

Members whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 6 May 2010 will be entitled to the Bonus Shares under the Bonus Share Issue.  

If i buy now, am i still entitle the bonus, since the price is low now n deadline is 6 May? I not sure about this thing.

Company is proposing a bonus issue to its shareholders on the basis of one (1) bonus share for every two (2)

existing ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”), fractional entitlements to be disregarded

(the “Proposed Bonus Share Issue”). 

CIMB restarts coverage with a 86 cents target price, based on 8X FY11 P/E. It says the maker of laboratory instruments is severely undervalued despite recent share price gains, with the stock trading at 5.9X FY11 P/E against 3-year core earnings CAGR of 27.5 per cent.
