Very good observations by members here. Think the game plan is to delist China Fishery then relist it again on the Shanghai Stock Exch to garner the respect it deserves. Pacific Andes can get better valuation by listing China Fish on SSE thereby unlocking shareholder values for its shareholders (both Pacific Andes and China Fishery). (Wilmar is likewise doing the same for their China operation. So Pacific Andes very likely doing a Wilmar here.) |

Pacific Andes has been buying China Fishery recently and it is garnering 78.54% of the shares. This is reduced the free float of China Fishery. I have been a long supporter for this counter and I am just wondering the chance of PAC ANDES buying out China Fish? If so, could it be $3 or more since the Fish swam very high up in the last rally? What is the possibility? Your take |
