Quote from CNA........I'm convinced! Any comments? http://info.channelnewsasia.com/bb/viewtopic.php?p=416442#416442 The price of natural rubber, which hit its highest in 20 over years last week set another record high again today, This bull run had been going on for the last 1 year because suppliers are unable to keep up with world demand especially China's aggressive buying. The market expect rubber price to remain at current high level at least until 2010. The market is now eyeing another 10 to 20% increase over the next few months. Manufacturers who use NR as raw material have no choice but to buy NR at whatever the prevailing price to keep operations going. NR prices have been bullish for several reasons, including robust demand from China's hungry motor vehicle sector and supply that cannot keep up with strong global demand. Which stock listed on SGX will benefit and become the next market?s darling? The answer is simple but may not be obvious to many. GMG will benefit most and become the next market darling but not many people even know the existent of this company! I had been following GMG very closely for about 8 years. The share price had rallied from an all time low of 2c to the current price of 6c. But my financial model for GMG that I have developed over the years indicates to me that GMG is still way undervalued. Keep an eye on this unpolished gem and the next market darling! |
