Good evening As of 23 July 09, Petrochina has acquired a 69.5% ownership on SPC. As a small shareholder for SPC, do I follow the crowd to sell my shares as well. Personally, I believe in SPC as it is the only petrol company in Singapore and I witness the share price to soar to SGD9 plus in 2007. Since a foreign company has taken over the majority ownership of SPC, what risks / concerns does it pose for small shareholders like me? Does it still make any economic sense to hold on to SPC shares? thanks |
