Property Curbs Consumer prices rose 3.1 percent in September as food costs advanced the most since May 2012, statistics bureau figures showed on Oct. 14. Home prices in China?s four major cities jumped last month by the most since January 2011, government figures showed this week. some counter pay more divident, but some counter pay less divident, but make use of this saving to make even more money, which do you prefer? Just like this afternoon, my colleague ask me whether to choose IPhone 5 or Note 3, he prefer Note 3, as it has so many function as compare to Iphone. I ask him, did you use this function? He reply maybe yes for fun. My mind is ???? What the use of so many function when you are not using it, it is taking up the processor, occupied the internal memory, why not let the user decide whether to install or not install the apps and produce as a standard built-in apps. Different people have different thoughts thus some look for practical, some look for fun, but some just don't care... thus the good and bad falls in the eye of beholder.

Yanlord Land Group has achieved about 2.607 billion yuan (S$536 million) in sales in the first two weeks of this month from the launches of apartment units in Phase 3 of the Yanlord Yangtze Riverbay Town in Nanjing and Phase 2 of the Yanlord Sunland Gardens in Shanghai, the group said yesterday. In the Nanjing development, 305 out of the 340 units launched were sold at an average price of about 27,765 yuan per square metre (psm). The total contracted pre-sales derived from the launch for the first two days amounted to 1.598 billion yuan. This builds on the strong response to the project's inaugural launch in June, with 1.209 billion yuan in pre-sales accumulated in the opening weekend, said Yanlord.
