Look for those with exposure to outside markets like Middle East, China and other overseas market. Local construction stocks with only exposure to local market may not be so attractive in my opinion.

Construction, which is suppose to be the booming sector, take a big hitduring past few months. Every one of them is a good buy, for me, i rather go for those over sold like unifiber.... will prove to be a high profit buy now if market turn round.... | ||

Lets go back to basic again: 2007 EPS = 9.3 cts Todays price = 61cts therefore PE = 61/9.3 = 6.6 (very cheap, but nobody is chasing it! Why?) Maybe have to look into 2008/9 earnings. Anyone know how to estimate? I think it is quite cheap now. |

Aiya, nothing special mah, so no (special) dividend loh - quite normal lah! Rotary Engr normally paid out first & final dividends at year-end financial closing accounts. Cheers! | ||
