Even if power failure, they should have uninterrupted power supply. It's all about contingency. I think all of us who are affected should raise our complaints to them. Such lousy services and cost $ for the investors. |

What a screw up system they have. They are causing ten of thousands dollar, if not millions, loss due to their incompetency. |

ya. poems system down. Horrible! I key in sell, it turned up buy for me. Immediately I keyed sell to clear away this mistake, but the system appealed with error. cannot insert order. Lucky I called poems broker, finally sold at higher px. Made frofit by unknown mistake, ha ha Anyway, with this sort of mistake, investors are not properly protected, may have to highlight Philips, too danger! |
