This has brought the price to the resistance of 0.96 where we expect a good fight between the bulls and the bears. For the upside to continue, the resistance needs to be broken conclusively, preferably with high volume. The RSI indicator is giving a reading in the overbought region. While this is expected given the recent upward movement, it also gives a warning that the current movement may be over-extended.

The two vessels are expected to be delivered in the first half of 2014. Jiangsu Ocean Shipping (JOSCO) said the two bulkers will be the largest vessels in the company’s fleet low price and eco-design are the two main reasons that facilitate the signing of the contract. JOSCO is controlled by Jiangsu Transport Holding Company and it currently operates a fleet of 19 vessels with total capacity of more than 400,000dwt. [07/01/13]
