This counter has performed well in the last month, risen almost 80% from 30+ cents to now 50+cents. Yields are stable and sustainable, why not. Concession agreements are long term. We have seen the worst of the crisis, china will only grow from here on and the yields will improve. Debt ratio is low at 28% is if I am not wrong. Loan interest rate is not a prob because they have lock in the interest rates with hyflux (interest rate swaps). NAV is 80+cents, now it is still trading at a discount to its NAV. Yield is about 5+cents a year. trading now at ard 10% yield. U make the call whether you wnat to put ypur $ in thsi counter or a FD at less than 1% interest.

In a crisis since last year ,all counters endured the painful drastic price drop. Fundamentals are disregard,in a time of negative market sentiments & gloomy outlook.

Having said that, this market is irrational , if you look at some counters run up in price without fundamental support recently. However, it bets to place your money in a solid foundation & promising outlook of a company if investment is your objective. Otherwise, it's purely speculative which many are guilty of but that's not of any concern to them.

Hyflux made around 178% (Can't remember the exact %) profit which was announced months back (you may do a search).

Not for intraday or short term.

Decent dividend payout & future profitability is substantial . Govt  projects in several countries & i can almost guarantee ROI if you hold for long term at current price entry. 

52 wks low was sold off on one trading morning at 0.23 but recover to 0.30 within an hour. So technically trading low was at 0.28.
