sometimes, married deals are used by interested parties (the tycoons and other big players) to create a false impression on the market participants and create some excitement. sometimes, it could be a bet between tycoons. tycoon A bet wrongly, so he paid for his wrong bet by buying from tycoon B some number of shares at prices higher than market (married deal between A & B). markets are full of intrigues...... just don't overstay, take profits (cut losses) along the way. lets prosper together that way for there is no other way. haha! |

No worries, Green8, we are all learning each day, the more i learn the more i realise i actually know very little. zhuge_liang, am i correct to say, for a company of such size, 1.7 million shares is actually very minimal ? Possibily just a director wanting to increase his stake to have a say in the board or an investor hoping to have a seat in the board ? |
