As the lots traded are too few and small, perhaps shareinvestors should recommend this stock to be delisted. Take back money and don't play. U know lah provision shop owner like him do not know anything about stock markets, actually he confused with dry and wet markets. |

It seems the boss does not know how to play the market. He keeps on buying and the stock keeps on going down. He tries to follow Mr OOi's style but it is obvious .... Perhaps he needs to attend some courses on investment. |

PSC is going downtrend for one reason. It is to make you lost interest in subscribing the new shares. It gives opportunities for people to depress the price on such level to apply for excess shares at 0.33 per piece. No one would apply for it. PSC remained profitable for FY07. You do the opposite in subscribing the share @0.33 and apply for excess application. You continue to accumlate on the main shares. The volume is not high. People just keep throwing the shares because it is not moving. |

Well said. If the company or fund managers dont support the price, who will subscribe for the rights ? That's why better wait for the last day to decide whether to subscribe or not. I noticed from the recent rights issue for the counters I am holding, the share price kept falling and even worse after the rights/bonus issue. Maybe reason is because I am holding all the penny/junk counters ? Another lesson learnt is not to invest in a counter thinking that you will benefit from the rights issue. It may not be true :( |

PSCCorp R is for selling or buying of your rights entitlement to buy the shares at $0.33. Example if u buy 1lot PSCCorp R at $0.065. u will be entitled to subscribe 1lot PSC share at $0.33. Total cost per lot will be $0.395. I am given 7lot of right share to buy PSC at $0.33 cos i still hv 14lot PSC after consolidation. i might sell my 7lot of right share and give up the chance to buy PSC share at $0.33 and make some profit from selling right share. Still undecided yet. Please correct me if i m wrong. Thanks |

My interest was aroused when I look at PSCCorp. Assembling some of the available SJ FAs, it appears the shares are undervalued. With NTA of between 47.5 to 50 ct; allowance for consolidation and rights, and EPS of abt 4.5 cts, it has PE of less than 10 times. Does anyone have any recent FA figures and care to share? |
