wow...i didn't know that if a client doesn't pay up...the remiser also gotta chip in a part too...these few weeks of turmoil must have caused lots of them to sink into depression and anxiety... |

Hope that you are not in this situation. Well, remiser is the first wall of defense for the broking firm. Remiser will absorb certain percentage of the default and the broking firm will take the rest. That's why we heard that remisers declared bankrupt because of clients unable to payup. As for the defaulters, they will be given bad credit (the same credit points for loans and credit cards) and if default more than $10k (I think so), they may (unlikely) apply for the clients bankruptcy. |
