STI off 0.6% at 2919.94, expected to close above 2900. Even lower liners losing initial momentum, with FTSE ST Small Cap Index flat vs +0.2% earlier, FTSE ST Catalist Index +0.1% vs +1.7%. "The market could see further weakness towards the end of the month," says Asiasons WFG Securities. They are using their shares to pay for the acquisition of Sunmax Global. They valued their own shares at 20.5 cents. If their shares never hit this price level eventually, it is as good as acquiring Sunmax Global at a lesser value.

The thing to do now is to accumulate while they are keeping the price at current level and kiao kah.
