This "burger" halt again. Erm... within a short period of time, the price drop to 0.09 cents from 0.16. Don't know what "news" they have this time round. |

Tomorrow, your broker should call you. Ask him to help you open a securities borrowing account asap. Once open, you can used it to over your short. You are definitely not the 1st client to naked short, they should have solutions to help you.

Guangzhao Industrial Forest Biotechnology Group Limited (“Guangzhao” or “the Group”), an advanced biotechnology group specializing in the research, development and commercialization of forestry biotechnological techniques, announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) with GreenWood Resources Inc. (“GWR”), a US-based tree farm developer with USD410 million of forestry asset under management on 5 November. The LOI indicates that GWR will acquire approximately 15,000 hectares of forestry assets – comprising of land use rights and timber ownership – across various provinces in China. The carrying amount of the forestry assets at the end of year 2009 is approximately RMB 560 million (as reflected in the Group’s 2009 Annual Report). The first transaction will take place in 6 months’ time, and the remaining sale will proceed in stages over the next 2 to 3 years. |
