Could the rally been due to "anticipation" of BBR clinching the Marina IR piling project? BBR officially announced last Friday after close of trading that it did not participate in the piling work tender for the Marina IR project (presumably it won't also for Sentosa IR project) as its resources are fully committed on other projects. A case of buy on "rumour" or "anticipation" and sell on confirmation (cut loss if the "rumour" or "antcipation" is wrong)? . Any comments from other forum participants? |

Don't need to buy. I reproduce without the chart for your reading. I guess it is good piece of news for you !! BBR chart pattern looks bullish and could be forming a bull flag. If so, a breakout is likely to take place early this week. A successful break indicates a target of 21 cents. Quarterly momentum has turned up and broken out. Prices are rising on heavy vol. The 21-day RSI and stochastics are both looking strong. ADX has turned up from a low level, and DIs are positively placed. Indicators are strengthening and should be able to support a rally. Support/stop loss is at 14 cents. |

Hi smart trader, can get the Edge from bookstores is it? If it really go up, den it would be good. But i wonder how much truth there is in the report. They will always report the good things in order to attract investors. |

Sorry, I know nothing about charting. There is a comment in this week issue under technical analysis. . It says heavy volume forming a bull flag. This coming week will go up further. It quoted 21 cnts and support at 14 cnts. |

Hi Smart trader, What do you mean by support at 14cents? I bought it at $0.145, intending to sell it at $0.155. But seems like selling volume is very heavy. Why would u say that it would go up to 21cents if it break out this wek? |

Edge Magazine analysed a Bull Flag has formed. Support at 14 cts. If it break out this coming week.. it can go up to 21 cts. Hope it can go higher as i accumulated this counter since 11 cts. |

although some may not agree as penny stocks may not hold true, my TA views for this counter looks on the uptrend. Bollinger bands have been converging but after today seems to start to diverge. Acc/Dist, Chalkin and MACD looks on the uptrend. RSI overbought. Really hope that this stock can push to previous heights. |

With construction sectors on the upswing and expecting more contracts to rollin, BBR is set to grow much stronger and bigger in term of balance sheet. It's property arm is also developing fast and the recent talk on the purchase of the Holland Crest for $75millioms will have a '+' effect on it's stock price. No doublt, the recent Ban on sand and the upcoming granite too from the indoneasia may have impact to the whole construction industry but I think it's more of a political issue...It will be resolved soon and business as usual. Recommended BUY on BBR and slowly accumulating as the company is doing what it needs to bring it higher. Book value of $360 millions now and more expected contracts suggest exceeding $500 millions book value insight. Personal View.... |
