Analyst also trader. Very practical way of doing things: 1. When they wanna to buy, they will quietly buy first then make up the story so that the retail traders will buy up. By then they sell happily. 2. When they buy the wrong stock, do not worry, they will also make up a very good story. Retail traders will then attract to buy up. By then they sell happily. 3. When they miss the stock they buy, do not worry. They will issue warning article. Retail traders will start to dump the stock. By then they buy up happily. This theory also apply to the brokers as well, also my experience from my broker..... So I will never even believe what they say. If you wanna to trade, do your homework...... |

Beware of this counter......... A lot of entitled right to buy at 38cents q to sell. If the prices are pushing to high now........ By then when the new shares starting to trade, this counter will tumble........ More over stock house downgraded this counter before the right, how can now they recommended to buy up. Be ware of the old tricks.......Good luck who even bought today........Fair value only at 41.5cents..... |

With the "Buy" recommendation from several research reports over the past few months, I still think that the counter remain very attractive with the current picing now at 0.435 - 0.44. |

this stock just XA. Ex dividend and Ex right 1 to 2...... Those who bought before XA (23 Apr 07) is awaiting to dump the stock....... So better wait for a few day......Further more, some stock house recommonded to switch the stock from Aqua to KS energy......... Do not get trap into it. Beware..... |

APPROVAL IN-PRINCIPLE OF THE PROPOSED RENOUNCEABLE NON-UNDERWRITTEN RIGHTS ISSUE On 13 February 2007, the Board of Directors of Aqua-Terra Supply Co. Limited (the "Company") announced that the Company is proposing to undertake a renounceable non-underwritten rights issue (the "Rights Issue") of up to 117,000,000 new ordinary shares (the "Rights Shares") at the issue price of S$0.38 each, on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) Shares held as at a time and date to be determined by the Directors on which the Register of Members and the Transfer Books of the Company will be closed for the purpose of determining the Shareholders' entitlements under the Rights Issue, fractional entitlements to be disregarded. The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the ?SGX-ST?) has, on 7 March 2007, given its in-principle approval (the ?Listing Approval?) for the listing and quotation of the Rights Shares. The listing and quotation of the Rights Shares is subject to, inter alia: (a) compliance with SGX-ST?s listing requirements; (b) specific shareholders? approval of the Rights Issue at a general meeting; and (c) an undertaking by the Company to the SGX-ST to: (i) make periodic announcements on the utilization of the proceeds of the Rights Issue as and when the funds are materially disbursed; and (ii) provide a status report on the specific utilization of the proceeds of the Rights Issue in the Company?s annual report. The Company will make a further announcement in due course on the notice of extraordinary general meeting and the dispatch of the circular to Shareholders (?Circular?) in connection with the Rights Issue.
