Erm... what is actually means ah? if lets say I'll to buy today, I'll only get the incoming dividends , but not the rights ? or after i buy today ? i still can get the rights? sorry for this noob question |

Thks for the info...the theoretical ex price was calculated when co announced the rights issue,the price then was 53.5cts( 53.5x20+11x0.39)/31=0.48...hence based on current price of 48.5cts,the theoretical ex rights price shd be $0.45... Funny today's teletex Cityspring CD should be CR..oh!! giving cash distributions 1.02cts for first qtr results ending 30June 30June 2011..so get the dividend and run...better ...believe when near ex rights may push back > 50cts..what's yr view? In 2009..they push to 78cts when the the rights price was 48cts(1 for 1),the theoretical ex rights shd be 0.63..when ex it was 66-68cts,possible this time can also make $$$ |

Attended as a proxy today...new ceo...most unit holders quite happy with the quarterly cash distributions...some even held since ipo at 87cts in 2007,but with all cash distributions and rights isuues,they claim don't lose$$$

Those who have can wait a while > to sell,say current 48cts(20x$0.48+11x$0.39)/31=$0.4489theoretical ex rights price) shd trade normally above this when go ex.I guess bottom already at 48cts,the price of the previous right issue price in 2009.Not vested but quite tempting to go in at current price of 48cts | ||||

Today is a Good Day to Buy CitySpring. This is just a recommendation. I’ve no position in CitySpring. Business: Investing in Infrastructure Assets Trust that Produce Town Gas and Supply Desalinated Water; In Singapore. Now Trading at $0.550. 1. Chart shows that price reach a low and moving up with potential High of $0.615. 2. Just Bounded off its support at $0.540. 3. MACD in the mist of reversing upwards. 4. Stochastic already crossed and moving up. Still in oversold region. 5. Trust gives regular distribution. 6. Revenue and Cash Flow increase, while Profit maintained. 7. Price fall is due to possible downgrade of the Basslink’s bonds, which CitySpring need to set aside A$20m to maintain. 8. CitySpring has the support of Temasek, so I believe that in the mid to long term, it should be able to turn around. Grade: 8. Target Price: $0.615. More on my Blog at Alex Trades.
