ACQUISITION OF 1,000 HP BREWSTER N-85 LAND DRILLING RIG - UPDATE Federal-AcqnRig-311013.pdf US$2,689,031 (which will be converted based on the USD:SGD exchange rate on the completion date of the Agreement) which shall be satisfied through the issuance of new ordinary shares (" 2.3 Shares" ) in the capital of the Company based on an agreed issue price of S$0.10 per Share (" Share Issue" ). The new Shares will comprise approximately 2.45% of the existing issued and paid-up Shares (if based on the USD:SGD exchange rate of 1.25). Share Issue The Share Issue price represents a 291% premium to the volume weighted average price of S$0.0256 per Share for trades done on the Shares on the SGX-ST on the date of the Agreement. |
