RTO as mentioned on 12/1. Auston soared to a record high of $0.395, after the firm said it would make at least US$20 million in pre-tax profits in the next two years from a reverse takeover bid. M2B World Asia Pacific (M2BAP), which provides broadband television services, said on Monday that it would contribute at least US$20 million in pre-tax profits in the next two years after the acquisition. If not, it would "compensate Auston for any shortfall through cash payments to the registered shareholders." Auston intends to issue 660 million new shares at $0.25 each to shareholders of M2BAP. The $165 million that will be raised represents 66.7% of Auston's enlarged share capital. Auston also said that it would sell 200 million new shares to raise $50 million to develop the business after the acquisition is completed. |

Never make money stock still rise up in price only mean one thing. Market sentiment at work or some big pocket ppl behind is playing this stock PURELY for money. The business nature/financials of the company is irrelevant :) |
